How it works

  1. New walkthrough screen with the property address and a Begin walkthrough button

    Start a walkthrough. Enter the address and choose move-in or move-out.

  2. Living room screen with a photo checklist and a photo stamped with the date and place

    Photograph each room. The date, time, and place are stamped on the photo.

  3. Condition report PDF showing the front of the home with the stamp on the photo

    Export the PDF. Send the report to your landlord.
